
Tiger Woods still seems to be the most searched in the internet nowadays. And the latest buzz about Tiger Woods is an exclusive interview which will be telecast by New Zealand sports broadcaster Sky TV on Tuesday, December 15, 2009.
The exclusive 8-minute interview, which was shot last month, will emphasize about the importance of family and how Tiger Woods and his family were affected by the controversial issues that blast over the past weeks.
In the interview, Murray Deaker asks Woods, “Family first and gold second. Always be like that?” in response Woods says, “Always.”
The said interview was done last month in Melbourne where Tiger had won the Australian Masters and was arranged by Woods New Zealand caddie Steve Williams.
Sky TV supposed to screen the interview on Christmas Day but will be scheduled to be shown this Tuesday, when they have found out and recognized its importance and significance in light of the recent revelations about his affairs and alleged mistresses. The Sky TV tagged the exclusive interview as “the story that won’t wait”.
On Friday, Woods announced that he would be taking an indefinite leave from golf and would quit golf for the time being to save his marriage. It is believed that Tiger Woods Wife had asked him to choose from golf or her. Elin would not divorce Tiger for the sake of their children. It is also said that the couple would very soon be moving off to Faglaro Island, Sweden to their mansion which Elin had bought on December 1.
And a lot of companies now are discussing on Tiger Woods endorsement contracts and how it may cost him so much. Shaving giant Gillette have become the second major company to pull the plug on its ₤12 million deals with Tiger Woods. And now Pepsi have talked about their ₤60 million five-year contract with Woods and so with Gatorade Tiger Woods official drinks last Tuesday.
Late on Friday night Woods said, “I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children.”
So mark your calendar now just not to miss the Tiger Woods interview. This interview can be his last for some quite time.
