His fitness trainer is Jordan Yuan, who runs Virtual Fit Club (VFC). It encourages people with more muscles to try his diet fitness because it’s worth it.   1. Wouldn’t life be great of you could get whatever you wanted without doing any work? Unfortunately, we live in the real do (don’t know if you do) so we have to work to get what we want. You cannot expect to gain muscle by not doing any weight lifting, it just does not happen. Start with basic pushups to build your chest and shoulders.
