Is Walmart Open on New Year’s Day? According to Walmart’s website, Walmart is open on New Years Day and its operating hours would be: December 31 (New Year’s Eve) – 7am to 6pm. On New Year’s Day, January 1, Walmart would be open from 7am to 11pm.
Is Target Open on New Year’s Day? I think the best way to know if Target is open on New Year’s Day is to call your local Target’s store number. You can find Target’s local number here. Contact them to find out their store hours on your particular location. I guess Target’s operating hours on New Year’s Day varies from one state to the other but for some Target stores, I think they are open up until 10pm as one customer inquired about their operating hours.
Is Best Buy Open on New Year’s Day? Just like Target stores, Best Buy’s stores operating hours on New Year’s Day depends on the discretion of the management per local store. Again, the best thing to do is to call your local Best Buy store and ask if they are open on New Year’s Day. However, my guess is that Best Buy stores will be closing earlier since it’s a Holiday.
