ALL faces resemble eachother somewhat. This is why we identify with kittens: we relate to them. All one needs to do is flatten the lamb face. And that's what looks like happened here: if the snout and jaw did not grow or elongate properly for whatever reason, you'd see something like that picture. As far as being human: if it WAS human (by accident, design, or kink), then it would resemble a human infant, not a thick lipped adult with an oversized Jay Leno chin.
