A bride named Sara Botswick, who got married last September 20, 2008 hired a photographer at Christian Oth Inc.. The said company has been rated as one of the Top 10 Wedding Studios in the World by American Photo magazine.
Bostwick claimed in her suit that she “forbade” photographer Carolyn Monastra from taking photos of her while she was getting dressed. However, the photographer still proceeded to take photos of her. As the manifesto describes it on paper, it was “of plaintiff’s person in her underwear and in various stages of undress anyway.”
An insult to injury was further elaborated as the photographer included the nude photos of Sara Bostwick in their online wedding album, for both guests and strangers to see. The Christian Oth Inc. on the other hand agreed to take the photos down-but only moved them to a special password-protected area of the website.
Bostwick has claimed that the events pertaining to the exposure of her nude wedding photos aused “severe emotional injuries, including post-traumatic stress disorder.” There is still no word from Christian Oth Inc., with the said allegations.

The bride should of course sue everybody she possibly can. The actions by the photographer and studio are deplorable.
