Thumbs up or Thumbs down?

People are currently flocking moview houses and so far a huge inflow of reviews from New Moon are appearing everywhere on the internet. So far, positive reviews about the movie are dominating the internet, but here is just a sample list of negative reviews:

“All three lovers are so joyless, it’s hard to imagine why any of them would want to spend eternity together.” – David Germain, Associated Press

“The Twilight Saga: New Moon takes the tepid achievement of Twilight, guts it, and leaves it for undead.” – Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun-Times

“New Moon comes dangerously close to self-parody on more than one occasion, but it seems blissfully unaware of this and soldiers on with a seriousness that’s unintentionally funny.” -James Berardinelli, ReelViews

Well, those aren’t actually intensive reviews of the movie, but more like basic feedback on how those people saw New Moon. What is just recommended this time is to also watch it and you be the judge whether it is a good movie that really goes well along with its box office success.
