Based on the recent report from Yahoo News, Cebu Pacific was sued by Stella Santos because of the airline’s disrespect to her and her son.
In an interview with Stella Santos, she said that she was approached and asked by a flight crew to get off the plane. The crew did not fully explain why they were being asked to board another flight back to Manila.
Santos added that she later found out that they were being asked to get off the plane because of the presence of another special child.
However, Cebu Pacific has issued a written public apology for disrespecting and humiliating Stella Santos and her so-called mentally ill child.
Cebu Pacific explained that it was a result of their crew’s ignorance of government regulations designed to assure the safety of passengers.
Cebu Pacific and its dumb ass crews will now face charges for violating Republic Act 7610.
This is just one of so many reasons why Cebu Pacific sucks and should be shut down from business.
